At Firooz Dental, we strive to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We use reliable and trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for large equipment.
Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Freight Shipping (for large equipment such as scanners, furnaces, or dental units)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large equipment.

Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Firooz Dental is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipments
For orders shipped outside Canada:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • FiroozDental is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges
  • Inspection Upon Delivery (IMPORTANT — MUST ADD)
  • Customers must inspect all packages upon delivery.
  • Any damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or claim.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return conditions.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return 
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Be in resalable condition

FiroozDental reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Opened consumables
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Installed equipment
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Software and digital licenses

Restocking Fee 
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15–25%, depending on product type.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
    Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with manufacturer warranty
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the item is defective or shipped in error:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable
