Aidite’s AiZir is an advanced multilayer zirconia material designed for comprehensive dental restorations. It integrates multiple patented technologies within a single disc, offering a broad range of clinical applications. AiZir provides greater flexibility in processing, a wider sintering temperature range, and an enhanced stable three-dimensional gradient effect.

Key Features:

High Translucency: The incisal layer achieves 53% translucency, while the cervical layer reaches 43%, ensuring natural aesthetics.
Flexural Strength: The material offers a flexural strength ranging from 700 MPa in the incisal layer to 1050 MPa in the cervical layer, providing durability for various dental applications.
Wide Sintering Range: AiZir supports multiple sintering options, including normal, fast, and high-speed sintering, with temperatures ranging from 1510°C to 1570°C. This flexibility allows for efficient processing without compromising quality.
